FULL MOON GUIDANCE
This Full Moon is known as the Thunder Moon, as thunderstorms
are so common this time of the year. Also, known as the Full Buck Moon (as this
is the time that a buck’s antlers are in full growth mode). These names originate from the Native American
and Colonial Americans, both of which used full moons as a calendar to track
the seasons.
Falling in the earthy and practical sign of Capricorn, this
specific full moon brings a significant energetic shift, bringing an extremely
intense energy with the ability to affect your relationships, home matters, and
financial aspects. There is certainly going to be some moving and shaking going
on but it will bring clarity to these areas, with any previously confusing
matters suddenly falling into place.
The recent New Moon happened in Cancer, prepared us to clear
the emotional baggage that has been occupying our minds. It reminded us that we
are emotionally strong enough to handle whatever obstacles and challenges that
may be preventing us from moving forward, leaving this baggage firmly in the
past.
The previous moon cycles, have allowed us to let go, slowly,
of all the negative things in our life that have kept us in place in our
current life stage. We are feeling the positive energy that comes from letting
these go, and now it is time to reap the rewards and build upon our efforts to
continue to move forward in a positive direction. Now the groundwork is in place, we need to
now take a deep breath and step forward, focus on accomplishing our goals and
make the changes we feel are necessary to achieve our dreams.
If you have been waiting for something to change or grow in
your work life or considering making a major change in your relationship, then
you should consider this to be your sign that it is time to embrace your desire
for change. July’s Full Moon will illuminate
your truth and to where your heart really lies in your relationships. It may
reveal something that you needed to hear or see in your relationship, if there
has been something playing on your mind. This will provide you the insight into
which path you need to take. Releasing all this energy can be very emotional,
but it is an important part of healing. Any conflicting situations in
relationship will settle down by the end of the month.
It is also a wonderful time to deepen the connection you
have with someone. If your romantic relationship is going well or if you are
beginning a new project with a business partner, this could be the perfect time
to make that commitment.
You have transformed from the person you were this time last
year, and with that will come a change in many aspects of your life. Transformation is often a long and slow
process, but this Full Moon is going to provide you with a burst of energy
which will help to speed things a long and propel you forward a lot faster.
This may feel intense at first, but this energy will not
linger. Think of it like pulling off a plaster, frightening at first but once
it is over, all is well. Adjusting takes
time but change happens and life does go on.
We are being called to take responsibility for what we
really want. Capricorn is represented by
the mountain goat because it can climb higher and more nimbly than other
animals. This energy will give you the courage and stamina to climb higher and
reach further in your life, to motivate you to achieve your ambitions and
goals.
Focus on your personal energy, and draw energy and strength
from this Full Thunder Moon. It will amplify any energy that is going on in
your body, mind, and spirit. This shift is your opportunity to move your life
